Our conference rooms can accommodate for up to 40 people and offer natural lighting or can be dimmed to total darkness if necessary.

  • Conference room “Round Table”: for up to 10 people – 360° tour
  • Conference room “Kleines Meeting”: for up to 18 people
  • Conference room “Rosenhof”: for up to 40 people – 360° tour

Modern conference equipment provided by Neuland includes overhead projector, big screen, flipchart, pin board, beamer and of course wireless internet is also available.

We guarantee a smooth setup of your event as well as first class catering for the attendants.

At the Hotel Rosenhof there is the meeting room “Round Table” with a round table and 10 seats. In the “Small Meeting” room, 25 people can sit down at a round table.

The seating in the conference room “Rosenhof” can be set up as follows:

  • in a block of 24 seats
  • in rows of chairs with 40 seats and lectern
  • parliamentary with 30 seats
  • in the U-shape with 25 seats or as
  • the blackboard, 2 rows with a total of 40 seats

So you will find the perfect meeting room in the cozy Hotel Rosenhof for smaller and larger events.

Experienced stuff

We provide you with a personal contact person for the entire organization. With him, the room reservation, food and desired drinks are discussed in advance. The owner-managed hotel offers exclusive meetings and seminars. This means that during the time of your conference no other events will be carried out and you will be able to work with your participants and guests absolutely undisturbed. During the breaks there is the possibility for fresh air, a short walk in beautiful weather or a cigarette break. On request, we will refill coffee, tea and cool drinks. And of course we have  parking right outside the door for you.

Suitable hotel rooms

The use of our conference rooms can be made independently of the booking of the guest rooms. Optionally, we offer 14 comfortably furnished single rooms and 20 tasteful double rooms. Furnished with great attention to detail, guests at the Tagungshotel Rosenhof feel very comfortable here with all their amenities. Of course, our restaurant is available to our guests and conference participants. Our culinary calendar guides our guests to the highlights of each season.

Perfect organisation

For the planning of your meeting, we have various flat-rate offers for you. These offers include the provision of the respective conference rooms including the desired technology and optionally also a moderator case. In addition, we offer lunch, hot and cold drinks as well as snacks and coffee and cake for the afternoon break. In addition, you can choose from the offers for snacks like the “Vitalis” or the popular “Pfälzer Vesper”.
